通阳中药葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌MPO活性及心肌组织形态的影响

Effects of Activating Yang Medicine Onion Extract on Myocardial MPO Activity and Myocardial Tissue Morphology in Rats with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

目的探讨通阳中药葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及心肌组织形态的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组,每组10只,通过在体结扎冠状动脉前降支制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组大鼠心肌组织MPO活性,并在光镜下观察心肌组织形态的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组MPO活性显著升高,提示造模成功。与模型组比较,葱白提取物、硝酸甘油组较模型组大鼠心肌组织MPO活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且光镜下显示心肌组织损伤明显减轻。结论葱白提取物能够抗模型大鼠急性心肌缺血,减轻心肌损伤的免疫机制与降低MPO活性有关。

Objective To investigate the effects of activating yang medicine onion extract on the activity of myocardial tissue myeloperoxidase （MPO） and myocardial tissue morphology in rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups： normal, model, onion extract, nitroglycerin, 10 rats in each group. Acute myocardial ischemia models were prepared by descending body before coronary artery ligation, the effects of onion extract on the activity of MPO in myocardial tissue and the morphology of myocardial tissue were observed under light microscope. Results Compared with normal control group, the activity of MPO in model group was significantly increased, indicating that the models were made successfully. Compared with model group, the MPO activity of onion extract group and nitroglycerin group decreased sig- nificantly, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Light microscopy showed myocardial tissue damage was significantly reduced. Conclusion Onion extract can antagonize acute myocardial ischemia in model rats, reduce the immune mechanism of myocardial injury, this is related to the reducing of the activity of MPO.
