火麻仁油藻油混合物安全性实验研究

Experimental Study on the Safety of Hemp Seed Oil and Algae Oil Mixture

摘要 目的评价火麻仁油藻油混合物安全性。方法采用KM小鼠和SD大鼠为实验动物,分别进行急性毒性试验、遗传毒性试验以及30d喂养试验。结果急性毒性试验中,样品组与阴性对照组比较,自发活动、反应速度、精神状况、组织器官等均无异常(P>0.05);遗传毒性试验中,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核含量测定,样品各剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);小鼠精子畸形试验中,样品各剂量组与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);30d喂养试验中,各剂量组大鼠体重增重、进食量及食物利用率与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),血生化指标和血常规指标与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在此次的实验中,未发现火麻仁油藻油有毒性作用,为无毒物。 Objective To evaluate the safety of hemp seed oil and algae oil mixture. Methods Acute toxicity test, Ames test, sperm shape abnormality in KM mice, 30d feeding test in SD rats were used to assess the safety of the mixture oil. Results Compared with the control group, the spontaneous activity, the reaction rate, the mental state, the organization and the organs revenled no abnormalities in acute toxicity test (P〉0.05). The Results of Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality in mice were negative (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight gain, food intake and utilization between the two groups in 30d feeding test (P〉0.05). No obvious effects were observed at blood biochemical indexes and blood routine indexes in control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion No adverse effects were observed in the series of toxicity tests in this experiment and the mixture oil could be non-toxic.
