回顾和分析近年黑逍遥散加减方的相关文献,归纳其在动物实验、临床应用等方面的研究概况。总结出黑逍遥散加减方在动物实验研究中对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠脑组织、学习记忆及抗氧化能力有一定的影响;在临床应用中对乳腺癌术后化疗副作用、经行情志异常、妇科术后胃肠功能紊乱、人流术后闭经、更年期综合征、慢性再生障碍性贫血、中风后抑郁等有较为显著的改善作用。

s： To conclude the application of modified Black Ease powder in animal experiment and clinical through reviewing and analyzing related literatures in recent years： in animal experiment, it is effective on Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） mice models＇ brain tissue, learning and memory and antioxidant capacity; in clinical, it is effective on preventing and treating AD, reducing the postoperative side effects of chemotherapy of breast cancer, regulating the abnormal emotions, gynecological postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction after abortion and improving amenorrhea, menopausal syndrome, chronic aplastic anemia and depression after stroke.
