摘要
以云南农业大学自育甘蔗品种"滇蔗01-58"为试验材料,优化原花青素的提取工艺,并对比不同类型的甘蔗品种叶片中原花青素的含量。得到结论,原花青素最高提取率的工艺组合为:提取时间40min、提取温度40℃、乙醇浓度90%、料液比是1∶10,萃取率为1.181%。测定的10个甘蔗栽培种和10个甘蔗野生种存在差异,其中栽培种叶片中原花青素提取率最高的是滇蔗09-38,野生种叶片中含量最高的是割手密Ⅰ9-56,总体表现为野生种叶片中原花青素的含量高于栽培种。
Sugarcane variety Dianzhe 01-58 selected by Yunan Agricultural University was used as material, the craft conditions of procyanidine extraction was optimized and compared with procyanidine content of different sugarcane varietiy leaves. The results showed that the optimal extracting combination were temperature 40℃, ethanol concentration 90% (V/V), duration 40 min,and solid-liquid ratio 1:10, under above conditions, extraction rate was 1.181%. Different types sugarcane (cultivars and wild germplasms) of leaves contain different levels of procyanidin. Dianzhe 09-38 showed the highest levels of procyanidin in the sugarcane cultivars and "Saccharum spontaneum L. I 9-56" showed the highest levels of procyanidins in wild sugarcane germplasms, on the whole the procyanidin content of wild species were higher than that of cultivated species.
