摘要
工业生产过程中,在闪蒸工况下按常规算法选取的调节阀难以满足精确的流量控制需要。根据安全阀卸放面积和压缩因子算法并结合现场开车实际工况,提出闪蒸因子的概念与有效密度法结合的方法,并推导出满足闪蒸工况下气液两相流调节阀流量系数的计算方法。结果表明:采用该计算方法更加贴近实际工艺,完善了两相流阀门计算的空缺,并为以后相似的计算提供借鉴与参考。
It is difficult to meet accurate flow control requirement with control valve selected through conventional calculation in flashing evaporation condition in industrial manufacture. According to safety valve discharge area and compressibility factor, as well as combination of site operation actual working condition, one combined method of flashing evaporation factor idea and efficient density is proposed. The calculation method is elicited with meeting control valve coefficient for gas-liquid two phase flow under flashing evaporation working condition. The results show that data with adopting the calculation method is closer to that of actual process. Vacancy of calculation of two-phase flow control valve is perfected. It offers reference for the later similar calculation.
