摘要
针对川气东送输气站场传统调压系统输出压力波动大、响应时间慢和易超调等现象,以某输气站为试点,采用PLC工控编程软件开发出基于模糊控制算法的调压系统,实现对供气压力更快速精准的控制。试验结果表明:采用模糊控制后,系统在恒定压力、响应时间和超调量等方面取得了较好的控制性能。
Aiming at the problem of big output pressure fluctuation, slow response, easy to overshoot for traditional pressure regulation system in Sichuan to Eastern China Gas Transportation station, pressure regulation system based on fuzzy control algorithm is developed using programmable logic controller with one transportation gas station as experimental unit. Faster and more accurate control are realized for supplied gas. The test result indicates better control performance is achieved on aspects of stabilizing pressure, response time and overshoot adjustment for the system after adopting fuzzy control.
