苗期耐亚磷酸盐糜子品种的筛选 被引量:3

摘要 筛选苗期耐亚磷酸盐作物品种对亚磷酸盐作为缓释磷肥可能性具有重要意义。设置亚磷酸盐肥料梯度试验,探寻对糜子(晋黍7号)幼苗生长有抑制作用的亚磷酸盐施肥水平,并在此施肥处理下,采用隶属函数法对48份糜子品种苗期性状指标进行综合评价,筛选耐亚磷酸盐糜子品种。结果显示,高用量亚磷酸盐(100 mg/kg)处理显著降低糜子(晋黍7号)株高和茎叶干质量,与空白处理相比,株高和茎叶干质量降幅分别达21.11%,66.67%;与同施肥量的磷酸盐处理相比,株高和茎叶干质量降幅分别达45.81%和83.33%。100 mg/kg亚磷酸盐水平下,48份糜子品种苗期根冠比、根含水量、根干质量、茎叶干质量和茎叶磷累积量性状指标的隶属函数综合评价显示,11,19,50号这3个品种为耐高用量亚磷酸盐糜子品种。 It is important for choosing the crop varieties to resistance phosphite at seedling stage to the possibility of phosphite used as slow-release fertilizer. The application lever of restraining millet growing at seedling stage was investigated by setting the different application of KH_2PO_3. The characters of 48 millets varieties at seedling stage were comprehensively evaluated with subordinative function to choose the millet varieties to resistance phosphite. The results showed that KH_2PO_3 100 mg/kg reduced significantly millet(Jinshu 7)stem high and stem-leaf dry quality. Compared with CK treatment(KH_2PO_3 0 mg/kg), the stem high and stem-leaf dry quality were reduced 21.11% and 66.67%, respectively. Compared with the treatment of same application KH_2PO_4, the stem high and stem-leaf dry quality were reduced 45.81% and 83.33%, respectively. Under KH_2PO_3 100 mg/kg, the subordinative function evaluation of the root/shoot, root water content, root dry quality, stem-leaf dry quality, stem-leaf P-accumulation of 48 millets varieties showed that 11, 19 and 50 millets were the varieties to resistance phosphite at seedling stage.
