新疆农民专业合作社构建模式研究

Study on the Construction Mode of Xinjiang Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

依据对新疆16家农民专业合作社的实地调研,采用实证分析和比较分析的方法,对新疆农民专业合作社的构建模式、运行管理与分配方式进行了研究。结果表明,生产型农民专业合作社以自主构建模式居多,通常采取"统一生产管理与销售"和"统一规划、分户管理、统一销售"2种生产管理方式,合作社成员能相对公平的分享合作社盈余;加工型农民专业合作社以联合构建模式居多,通常采取"分户生产、统一销售"的生产管理方式,解决了农户农产品销售难的问题,但合作社普通成员分享合作社盈余很少。不同构建模式农民专业合作社各具优势,选择何种模式应依据农户自身条件、经营内容、预期目标和当地农业产业发展需求。

According to the survey data and field survey data, the paper adopts two methods of empirical analysis and comparative analysis, studies and defines the construction mode of Xinjiang farmers＇ professional cooperatives and the main characteristics, operation management and distribution mode of the farmer cooperatives, to provide the basis for the construction of farmers＇ professional cooperatives. The result shows that most of the farmers＇ professional cooperatives in the form of independent construction, usually take the ＂unified production management and marketing＂ and ＂unified planning, household management, unified sales＂, two kinds of production management, cooperative members can be relatively fair to share the surplus of cooperatives. Farmers＇ professional cooperatives storage preservation and processing is the joint construction mode, which usually takes ＂family production, unified sales＂ production management mode, to solve the farmers＇ agricultural products difficult to sell, but ordinary members rarely share earnings of cooperatives cooperatives.Xinjiang farmers＇ professional cooperatives can be divided into two types： independent construction mode and joint construction mode,joint construction of farmers＇ professional cooperatives mainly in the form of shares of capital stock cooperation, self-construction of farmers＇ professional cooperatives have productive labor, land and other means of production, capital and other forms of cooperation.Different types of farmers＇ professional cooperatives have their own advantages, the mode of selection should be based on their own conditions, the expected objectives and the development of local agricultural industry.
