摘要 由于碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的各向异性,纤维的铺层方向对其整体性能有重要的影响。本文采用斜角自由切削方法对具有12种不同纤维方向的T800、T700和T300碳纤维复合材料的切削力进行了试验研究,得出了CFRP单向层合板在不同基体类型和不同纤维方向下切削力的变化规律,并分析了纤维结构对切削力的影响机理。结果表明:基体类型对切削力的影响均匀稳定,无方向性;纤维方向对切削力的影响具有显著的方向性,对切削力影响的强弱关系为F_X>F_Z>F_Y。 Due to the anisotropy of the carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), the orientation of fiber layer has an important influence on the overall performance of the fiber. In this paper,the cutting forces of TS00 ,T700 and I300 CFRP with 12 kinds of different fiber orientations were experimentally researched by using the oblique angle cutting method. The changing rule of cutting forces during cutting CFRP unidirectional laminates under different matrix types and different fiber orientations was obtained, and the influence mechanism of fiber structure on cutting force was analyzed. The results show that the influence of the matrix type on the cutting force is unidirectional and stable; the influence of the fiber orientation on the cutting force is very significant, and the influence degree on the cutting force is Fx 〉 Fz 〉 Fy.
