摘要
研究了缓蚀阻垢剂HZ1601、丙烯酸与2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物(AA/AMPS)、锌盐、磷酸盐复配的优选比例,得到一种低磷高效缓蚀阻垢剂HZ1601-1。通过旋转挂片实验和静态阻垢实验,HZ1601-1表现出良好的缓蚀性能和阻垢性能。在黄河水作为循环冷却水的动态模拟试验中,年污垢热阻可达到3.15×10^(-4)m^2·K/W,换热管腐蚀率为0.004 207 mm/a,均完全满足循环冷却水系统的要求。
Corrosion inhibitor HZ1601, acrylic acid and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl acrylate copolymer(AA/AMPS), zinc salt and phosphate were compounded to obtain a kind of low phosphorus and high efficiency corrosion and scale inhibitor HZ1601-1. Rotating coupon experiments and static scale inhibition experiments of HZ1601-1 showed good corrosion inhibition performance and scale inhibition performance. In dynamic simulation test by using Yellow River water as circulating cooling water, the annual fouling resistance reached to 3.15×10^(-4) m^2·K/W, the corrosion rate of heat exchange tube was 0.004 207 mm/a, which can fully meet the requirements of the circulating cooling water system.
