摘要
通过60万t/a加氢裂化装置改造为100万t/a催化原料预处理装置项目的实施,从建设单位、供货厂家、施工单位和设计单位等多方面、多角度对改造装置施工图设计过程中影响设计质量的环节和因素进行了分析、总结,并提出预防及改进措施,为同类装置改造工程提供借鉴。
In the implementation of transformation from 600 kt/a hydrocracking unit to 1 Mt/a catalytic raw material pretreatment unit, the links and factors affecting the quality of design process in reconstruction drawing were analyzed and summarized from the aspects of construction unit, suppliers, and design units. In addition, the prevention and improvement measures were put forward, which could provide some reference for similar device renovation project.
