摘要
在模拟海洋大气环境的盐溶液中,对A709 Gr345W耐候桥梁钢和普通Q345钢进行了极化曲线测试和干湿交替加速腐蚀试验,对比分析了两种试验钢的动电位极化曲线和模拟干湿交替条件下的腐蚀速率。结果表明:A709Gr345W钢的耐大气腐蚀指数为6.3,符合美国公路及运输协会制定的关于建筑结构用型钢标准A709和关于低合金钢的大气腐蚀标准G101的要求,A709 Gr345W钢耐候性能明显优于Q345普通结构钢。
The polarization curve tests and alternate wetting and drying corrsosion tests of A709 Gr345W weather-resistant steel and traditional Q345 steel were conducted in simulative ocean-atmosphere environment salt solution for comparison and analyses. The electrokinetic potential polarozation curves and corrosion rates under alternate wetting and drying condition were compared between the two type of steels. The results show that the atmospheric corrosion resistant index of A709 Gr345W steel is 6.3, conform to the requirements of the American A709 standards for building structural steel and G101 standards for resistance atmospheric corrosion of low alloy steel, and the weather resistance of A709 Gr345W steel is obviously better than that of Q345 steel.
