摘要
通过浸泡静态腐蚀和电化学试验方法,研究了不同浸泡时间下建筑装饰用Cu-Ni合金的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,铜合金的腐蚀速率逐渐降低;铜合金的表面腐蚀膜层的颜色逐渐从紫红色、棕色、黄绿色转变为墨绿色;腐蚀初期的产物主要为Cu_2O,随着腐蚀时间延长过渡为Cu_2O和CuO;继续延长腐蚀时间,腐蚀产物膜层不断增厚,外层腐蚀产物膜中的Cu_2O与溶液中的Cl-发生反应生成Cu_2(OH)_3Cl;致密均匀的腐蚀产物膜层在一定程度上抑制了腐蚀反应的进行,使得腐蚀速率逐渐降低。
Using the method of immersion static corrosion and electrochemical test, the corrosion behavior of Cu alloy and its action mechanism in different immersion time were studied. The results show that the corrosion rate decreases gradually with the increase of immersion time, the color of the surface corrosion layer of copper alloy gradually changes from purple to red, brown and yellow to dark green. Early corrosion product is Cu2O, and then Cu2O and CuO with the increase of corrosion time. Continue to increase corrosion time, the corrosion product film is continuously thickened, and the Cu2O in the inner surface reacts with the Cl- in the solution to form Cu2 (OH)3CI. The dense and uniform corrosion product film can inhibit the corrosion reaction to a certain extent, and the corrosion rate decreases gradually.
