摘要 以磨削速度为150 m/s的金刚石单颗粒对K4169合金进行了高速磨削试验,探讨了K4169合金的显微组织和磨削形貌特征。结果表明,经过固溶和时效处理的K4169合金晶界处有少量碳化物,碳化物附近无其它针状脆性相;K4169合金基体组织中存在与基体保持良好共格或半共格关系的纳米级γ"析出相;K4169合金在高速金刚石磨粒作用下的磨痕入口和出口处形成了毛刺,磨痕表面光滑平整,局部区域存在少量黏着物;由于受到剪切滑移作用,K4169合金磨屑呈现出锯齿状特征。 The high speed grinding of diamond single particle for K4169 alloy was researched with the grinding rate of 150 m/s, the microstructure and grinding characteristics of K4169 alloy were investigated. The results show that there are a small amount of carbide distribution in the grain boundary of K4169 alloy after solid solution and aging treatment, and no other acicular brittle phase near the carbide. The nanoscale γ″ precipitated phase exist in the K4169 alloy matrix,which has a better relationship of coherency or semi-coherent with the matrix. The K4169 alloy has a burr marks on the exit and entrance under the action of high speed diamond abrasive, the grinding surface is smooth, and a small amount of adhesive materials exist in local area. The grinding chips of K4169 alloy exhibit the serrate characteristics due to shear slip effect.
