摘要
借助OM和SEM研究和分析了正火温度对低合金铸钢摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,正火后钢的组织为贝氏体和铁素体。随回火温度升高钢的磨损体积和磨损率增加,加载200 N时磨损体积及磨损率大于加载100 N的;磨损主要以氧化磨损、粘着磨损为主,同时伴有少量的磨粒磨损及微观切削。
The effect of different normalizing temperature on the friction and wear properties of low alloy wear-resistant cast steel was investigated with the help of OM and SEM. Dry friction and wear experiment was carried out on an MMS-2A friction and wear testing machine with different loads, 100 N and 200 N respectively. The test results show that the mierostructure consists of bainite and ferrite after normalizing. The wear volume and wear rates increase with the increase of tempering temperature, the sample with the load of 200 N has a higher wear volume and wear rate. The wear form of the sample is mainly oxidation wear, adhesive wear, and at the same time accompanied by a small amount of abrasive wear and micro cutting.
