Simulation of Plastic Deformation of Nb-W-Mo-Zr Alloy During Stamp Forging

利用DEFORM有限元数值模拟软件,对Nb-W-Mo-Zr合金模锻件的锻造成形过程进行了模拟。基于模拟结果,对胎模锻成形过程可能产生缺陷的原因进行分析,提出工艺设计的改进方案。

The stamp forging process of Nb-W-Mo-Zr alloy was simulated by DEFORM software. Based on the simulated result, the causes of defects were analyzed, and a improving process was proposed.
