摘要
对建筑钢结构Q255厚板进行了焊接工艺参数优化,并在优化工艺下对焊接接头的显微硬度、常温拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明,建筑钢结构Q255厚板的优化焊接工艺参数为:激光功率5 600 W、电弧电流180 A、焊接速度1.3 m/min、离焦量-1 mm、光斑偏移0.6 mm;焊接接头的常温拉伸力学性能符合要求,断裂位置在母材区域,焊接件具有良好的塑性。
The welding parameters of Q255 thick plate for building steel structure were optimized, and the micro hardness and tensile properties of the welded joints were tested under the optimized conditions. The results show that the optimized welding parameters are the laser power of 5 600 W, the arc current of 180 A, the welding speed of 1.3 m/min, the distance out of focus of -1 mm and the spot offset of 0.6 mm, and the tensile mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements.
