左末端传动壳体的消失模铸造工艺设计

Design of Lost Foam Casting Process for Left End Drive Housing

基于左末端传动壳体的结构特点及技术要求,确定了消失模铸造生产的相关工艺参数。选用EPS模料并采用了无冒口工艺方案。最后对工艺方案进行凝固过程模拟分析,得到了较为客观、准确的结果,从而反映出针对该件采用消失模铸造方法的可行性。

According to the structure characteristics and technical requirements of the left end drive housing, the lost foam casting process parameters were designed. EPS was chosen as the molding materials and the feederless foundry method was adopted. Finally, an objective and accurate results were obtained by using solidification simulation analysis, and the design of lost foam casting process was proved to be feasible.
