摘要
以连接架为研究对象,利用Pro/E和ProCAST两种软件相结合的方式,对铸件进行充型过程和凝固过程的数值模拟,成功地预测了缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的位置。最后,通过对仿真结果的分析,优化了充型系统的设计,改善了铸造缺陷,获得了最佳工艺和铸件,提高了连接架铸件设计的开发效率和品质。
Using the combination of Pro/E and ProCAST software to study the casting process for connecting support, the filling process and solidification process of the castings were numerically simulated, the shrinkage and the position of casting defects were successfully predicted, finally through the analysis of the simulation results, the design of filling system was optimized, the casting defects were improved and the optimal technology and casting were obtained.
