CO_2爆破增透技术在低透气性煤层中应用

摘要 阳煤集团三矿主采15~#煤层,扩五区煤层瓦斯含量高,煤质较硬,且煤层透气性系数较低。瓦斯抽采本煤层难度较大。为解决瓦斯抽采的难题,通过向煤层施工顺层钻孔,采用CO_2爆破增透技术提高煤层透气性,增加煤层裂隙,加大释放本煤层的瓦斯,降低瓦斯含量,减少采掘过程中的瓦斯涌出量。试验证明,该技术在煤层卸压增透中具有快速高效安全的优点。 In order to solve the problem of gas excavation at No.15 coal seam, No.3 Colliery, Yangquan Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd., bedding drilling has been constructed in the coal seam and carbon dioxide blaster antireflection technology has been used toimprove coal seam permeability, increase coal seam fracture and the release of gas in the coal seam, reduce the gas content andthe amount of gas in the process of mining. Tests prove that this technology has the advantages of fast, high efficiency and safetyin coal seam pressure relief.
