摘要
本文通过水热法合成了一个新的聚合物{[Co(H_2bptc)(4-bpy)_(1.5)(H_2O)_2](2H_2O}n[H_4bptc为2,3,3',5'-联苯四酸,4-bpy为4,4(联吡啶],经x-射线单晶衍射仪测量其结构表明,该配合物属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=8.0429(5) ,b=11.4609(7) ,c=20.2316(12) ,α=103.6040(10)°,β=89.8480(10)°,γ=108.8700(10)°,V=1709.71(18) ~3,Mr=729.03,Z=2,Dc=1.416,F(000)=754,吸收系数μ=0.571 mm^(-1),最终偏离因子R_1=0.056 4,wR_2=0.131 8.在化合物中,2,3,3',5'-联苯四酸和4,4'-联吡啶交替连接六配位的钴形成四边形的微孔,此微孔交替连接成一维链结构,水分子和羧基间的氢键把这些一维链连接成三维超分子结构.
A cobalt polymer { [ Co( H2bptc) (4-bpy),.5 ( H2O)2 ]2H2O}, ( 1 ) [ H4bptc = biphenyl-2,3,3', 5' -tetracarboxylic acid, 4-bpy = 4,4 (-bipyridine] was obtained by hydrothermal reaction. Single crystal X-ray dif- fraction analysis shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the Triclinic space group P-1 with cell parameters a = 8. 0429 (5)A, b = 11. 4609 (7) A, c = 20. 2316 ( 12 ) A, a = 103. 6040 (10) °, β= 89. 8480 (10)°, y = 108. 8700 (10)°, V=1709.71(18)A^3, Mr=729.03, Z=2, Dc=1.416 , F(000) = 754, μ0.571 mm^-1, RI = 0.0564, and wR2 =0. 1318. In complex 1, Central Co ion are six-coordinated to form slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Four cobalt(II) ions , two H2bptcVligands and two auxiliary 4-bpy ligands are linked into a parallelogram hole with 18.38 A(8.86 A area. These parallelogram holes are arranged in one-dimensional (1D) chain and further extended via hydrogen bonds into a 3 D supramolecular structure. In addition, complex 1 is also characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra.
