摘要
幼儿教师的流动展现出两种趋势:一种是幼儿教师的流失;一种是幼儿教师行业间的流动.当前教师行业间的流动处于一种无序、单向状态.这一现象阻碍了幼儿师资的均衡分配,进而阻碍了学前教育的进步.本文依据布朗芬布伦纳的生态系统理论,从微观、中间、外层、宏观四大系统方面对影响幼儿教师流动的原因进行探讨,提出了相应的解决对策.
High quality balanced development is basic requirement for the reform and development of preschool education. Rational allocation of pre-school teacher resources is basic content for balanced development of pre-sehool education. But nowadays, there are two tendencies in the flow of pre-school teachers: one is the loss of preschool teachers; another is the flow between of pre-sehool teachers profession. But now with the development of society, the second flow has become disorder and one-way. So these two tendencies have an influence on balanced allocation of pre-school teachers and development of pre-school education. This paper analyzes the reasons about pre-school teachers' flow from four aspects of micro system, intermediate system,outer and macro system and puts forward solutions based on Bronfenbrenner' s theory of ecosystem.
