高校共青团服务大学生创新创业现状及对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Services of College Communist Youth League for Students' Entrepreneurship and Innovation

高校共青团作为大学生思想政治教育和第二课堂活动的主阵地,服务大学生创新创业已成为高校共青团义不容辞的责任.但是当前高校共青团服务大学生创新创业专业性不足,也缺乏前期规划、中期指导和后期评估.因此,应充分发挥高校共青团思想政治教育优势培养学生创新意识;结合专业特点开展社会实践活动,锻炼专业技能、提升创业能力;加强与校就业处合作,建立创业实践平台落实创业项目;组织校外企业家与校内专业教师成立创新创业导师库,更好地服务大学生创新创业.

College Communist Youth League as a main position of college students＇ ideological and political education and the second classroom activities, serving the students innovation and entrepreneurship has become the duty of the College Communist Youth League. Based on the present situation of the College Communist Youth League serving the college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper analyzes the advantages of the College Communist Youth League＇ s service on the college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship from the four perspectives of cultivating students＇ innovative consciousness, enhancing the entrepreneurial ability, implementing the entrepreneurial projects and establishing the entrepreneurial mentor library. With the advantages, the author put forward the strategy to serve the college students innovation and entrepreneurship better.
