摘要
目的观察中药合脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)治疗卵巢储备功能降低(DOR)所致不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法将50例DOR所致不孕症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均治疗3个月经周期为1个疗程。结果中药联合DHEA可显著改善DOR患者血清性激素水平FSH、E2、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)值及临床证候,提高卵巢储备功能,其疗效优于DHEA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药合DHEA治疗DOR方面较单用DHEA疗效显著,中药的优势已经被逐渐认可,为以后的治疗提供临床依据。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM and DHEA on the treatment of infertility patients caused by decreased ovarian reserve （DOR）. Methods： 50 infertility patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a DHEA group. 3 - month menstrual cycle was a course of treatment. Results ： TCM combined with DHEA group could significantly improve the levels of serum sex hormones FSH, E2, anti - Mullerian hormone （AMH） and clinical symptoms in DOR patients, and improve their ovarian reserve and its effect was better than that of simple DHEA group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of TCM combined with DHEA on the treatment of DOR patients is much better than that of simple DHEA treatment. The advantages of TCM have been gradually recognized, providing clinical basis for future treatment.
