摘要
为解决江苏油田现场清洗油管时蒸汽热能损耗较大,油管清洗时间较长,产生的废弃液回收困难,清洗操作存在较大的安全环保风险等问题,研制了现场密闭式油管清洗装置,利用蒸汽枪头与油管接箍密封连接,双枪头倒换使用,油管出口采取导向遮挡和回收,提高了蒸汽使用效率,减少了油管刺洗时间,降低了安全环保风险,有效解决了油管清洗施工现场问题。
In order to solve the problems such as large heat loss of steam, large tubing cleaning time, diffi- cult recovery of waste liquid and large safety and en- vironmental protection risk in the cleaning field of Jiangsu oilfieht, the paper has developed a closed- type tubing cleaning device, The nozzle is connected with the tubing coupling, and the nozzle is used for switching. The tubing outlet adopts the guidance block and recovery, improves the steam use efficien- cy, reduces the tubing stabbing time, reduces the safety and environmental protection risk, and effec- tively solves the problem of tubing cleaning construction site.
