摘要
剖析了国外事故调查典型案例,总结了国外事故调查的主要特点,叙述了国外事故调查过程、方法以及事故调查报告给出的建议等,从事故调查的角度对我国的安全生产事故管理提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the typical cases of for- eign accident investigation, summarizes the main characteristics of foreign accident investigation, de- scribes the foreign accident investigation process, methods and the investigation report of the accident report, etc. , and puts forward some suggestions fi＇om the perspective of the accident investigation of domestic safety production accident management.
