含聚污水的光学特性与其浓度的关联分析 被引量:1

摘要 为实现含聚污水浓度的在线光学检测,利用IRTracer-100傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测量了封装窗口-含聚污水-封装窗口三层光学腔的透射特性。基于透射比并结合K-K关系式反演液体样品光学参数,使用Matlab软件对含聚污水的光学腔透射特性进行数据拟合。仿真结果表明,含聚污水含光学腔的透射特性与其浓度之间的关系没有呈现一定的规律性,基于含聚污水光学常数反演的透射特性与其浓度拟合效果较好,拟合精度为0.932 69,误差范围为0.13%~2.32%。对基于光学方法在线检测油田含聚污水浓度具有指导意义。 In order to obtain online detection of optical concentration of polymer containing waste water, the IRTracer-100 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is used to measure the transmission characteristics of the windowsolution-window three-layer optical cavities. Based on the transmittance ratio, and combining the K-K relationship, the optical parameters of the liquid sample are retrieved and the optical transmission characteristics of the optical cavity containing the wastewater are fitted by Matlab software. The simulation results show that the relationship between the optical cavity of transmission characteristics of polymer containing wastewater and its concentration is not regular. The fitting effect of the transmission characteristics based on wastewater containing polymer optical constants and concentration is good. The fitting precision is 0. 932 69,and the error range is 0. 13%-2. 32%. It is of guiding significance for online detection of oilfield wastewater concentration by optical method.
