摘要
目的:优选北虫草中SOD(SOD)的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素分析,以北虫草SOD的含量为指标,考察北虫草中SOD提取条件,以及考察pH值、料-液比、提取时间对提取率的影响,从而确定北虫草SOD的最佳提取工艺。结果:建立了北虫草SOD的最佳提取工艺为磷酸盐缓冲液pH值为7.8、料-液比为1∶40,超声提取时间为60 min。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,能正确反映北虫草药材中的SOD含量,为北虫草生物活性物质的进一步研究提供了实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) from artificial cultivation of Cordyceps Militaris. Methods: Based on the single factor analysis and taking the content of SOD as an index, the influence of the pH, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on extraction yield are investigated. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of SOD were pH 7.8, 60min in a solid-liquid ratio of 1 and 40. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable, reasonable and feasible and it could correctly reflect the content of SOD in Cordyceps Militaris.
