贵州省各级医院临床药师的工作模式探讨

Exploration on Working Model of Clinical Pharmacists in Hospitals of All Levels of Guizhou Province

目的:探索适合贵州省各级医院临床药师的工作模式,为更好地扩大临床药师队伍,促进贵州省临床药学专业的发展提供参考。方法:通过现场会议发放和远程发送电子邮件回收的方式,对贵州省50家各级医院和100名临床药师开展临床药学工作的情况和工作模式进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:所调查的医院中有82.00%的医院建立临床药学部门,开展处方点评、药物不良反应监测工作达100.00%,抗菌药物监测86.00%等。结论:各级医院临床药学的工作模式各具特点,各级医院根据实际情况进行适当调整,以促进合理用药,提高临床药学服务水平。

Objective： To provide more references in finding the suitable working models for the clinical pharmacists in hospital of all levels of Guizhou province, reinforcing the troop of clinical pharmacists and promoting the standard of clinical pharmacy level in Guizhou province. Methods： By way of sending emails during live meeting and receiving feedbacks, 50 hospitals of all kinds and 100 clinical pharmacists of Guizhou province are surveyed for their clinical pharmacists studying situations and working models. And the results were analyzed. Results： 82.00% of all these surveyed hospitals have set up clinical pharmacy departments. They reviewed prescriptions and the percentage of inspection on the adverse drug reaction has reached 100.00% and the percentage of inspection on antibacterial agents is 86.00%. Conclusion： Various hospitals have taken various working models with their own characters. And they take appropriate adjustments according to actual situations in order to promote rational drug use and raise the clinical pharmacy service standards.
