摘要 目的:评价应用单纯引导骨再生术(GBR)修复较大牙槽骨缺损,并进行人工种植牙修复的临床效果。方法:对25例患者40颗缺牙区域存在牙槽骨较大缺损的病例,采用联合GBR的种植修复方式,恢复缺牙区的牙槽骨量。并利用CBCT分别测量术后即刻和术后3、6、12、24、36月牙槽嵴高度和宽度,统计数据后比较。结果:25例患者中1例失败,其余均获成功。经随访36个月,同一患者在不同时期新形成的牙槽骨吸收差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),种植牙形态功能良好。结论:通过单纯GBR技术能修复较大牙槽骨缺损,结合人工种植牙能获得满意的临床疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of simple guided bone regeneration (GBR) combined with tooth implantation to restore large alveolar bone defects. Methods: 25 patients signed consent forms. Alveolar bone defects in the area of 40 teeth were treated with GBR combined with the method of implant restoration. And the CBCT were performed immediately after surgery, 3-, 6-, 12-, 24- and 36- month postoperatively. The crescent ridge height and width were measured and compared. Results: 1 case failed in dental implant, and the others were successful. After 36 months of follow- up, there was no significant difference in alveolar bone resorption (P〉0.05) at the difference time point. Conclusion: We can obtain satisfactory clinical results in the restoration of large alveolar defects through the application of GBR technique combined with immediate dental implants.
