摘要
门诊是大多数患者到达医院的第一个环节。传统就诊模式下"三长一短"现象饱受诟病。随着科学技术的不断发展,信息化在医疗领域的应用不断深化。近年来越来越多的医疗机构尝试在门诊各流程中引入信息化工具,优化服务流程。本文主要就目前国内门诊管理各环节中信息化现状做一概述。
For most of the patients, outpatient service is the first link of contact with the hospital.In traditional medical mode, the problem of "three longs and one short" is much-maligned. With the development of science and technology, in the field of medical, the application of infor- mation technology is deepening. In recent years, more and more medical institutions attempt to introduce information technology into the outpatient service process, aim to optimize service process. This paper is a review of informationalized situation in each link of domestic outpatient management.
