儿童保健服务在儿童生长发育中的作用

Role of child health care service in growth and development of children

目的探讨儿童保健服务在儿童生长发育中的作用。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月玉林市妇幼保健院收治的80例婴儿为研究对象,依据治疗方法将这些婴儿分为常规保健服务组(常规组,40例)和强化保健服务组(强化组,40例),对两组婴儿的体格、神经行为发育情况及营养性疾病发生情况进行统计分析。结果 12个月时强化组婴儿的身高、体质量、头围均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社交评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),营养性疾病发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论强化儿童保健服务较常规儿童保健服务更能有效提升婴儿的身高、体质量、头围及适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社交评分,降低婴儿的营养性疾病发生率,从而促进儿童正常生长发育。

Objective To explore the role of child health care service in growth and development of children. Methods Eighty infants treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects,then they were divided into conventional health care service group and strengthening health care service group according to treatment methods,40 infants in each group. Physical and neurobehavioral development and incidence rates of nutritional diseases were analyzed statistically in the two groups. Results Height,weight,and head circumference of 12-month-old children in strengthening health care service group were statistically significantly higher than those in conventional health care service group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language,personal-social competence in strengthening health care service group were also statistically significantly higher than those in conventional health care service group（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence rate of nutritional diseases in strengthening health care service group was statistically significantly lower than that in conventional health care service group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Strengthening children ＇s health care service can effectively improve height,weight,head circumference and scores of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language,and personal-social competence,reduce the incidence rates of nutritional diseases,and promote normal growth and development of children.
