摘要
随着地铁运营的不断壮大,运营服务设备在日趋完备、先进的同时,出现选型多样、标准不一的情况,增加现场使用难度,与实际需求存有差距。首先,指出需求标准应遵循人性化、易识别、功能设备规范、技术参数及配置标准留有一定冗余度、健康和环保等原则,然后针对地铁列车主要设备、车站乘客服务及票务用户的人机界面需求标准进行探讨,提出标识统一、功能一致、安全便捷、易于操作识别等原则,并提出分层设计、故障警示、功能升级、远期预留等优化建议,以期更好地为运营现场服务。
With the expansion of subway operating business, the service equipment has become more and more advanced, but it has adopted a variety of specifications and is hard to meet the actual demands. Research shows that the interface requirements specifications of the main service equipment for subway trains and stations should follow the principles of being people-friendly and easily identifiable by using the unified marks, and being consistent in functions, safe and convenient, and easy to be opera- ted. Suggestions are proposed on hierarchical design, fault warning, function upgrading and reservation, etc. in order to provide better on-site operating services.
