摘要
为解决防汛仓库物资搬运和调用过程中劳动量大、工作效率低且空间狭小无法使用叉车等机械设备的问题,研制了360°旋转式物料吊装搬运机。按照起重机械设计规范要求,通过设计、计算及力学分析研制了吊装装置,并实现了吊装装置360°回转作业。该设备通过搬运车和吊装机械的有机结合,由电机驱动吊装装置装卸物资,可提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,非常适用于防汛仓库空间狭小、物资种类多且调动频繁的场合。
The 360° rotary material lifting transporter is developed to solve problems like high labor intensity, low effi- ciency and narrow space for using mechanical equipment such as forklifts during handling flood-control materials in ware- houses. The lifting device is manufactured as required by design rules for hoisting machinery by combining design, calcula- tion and mechanical analysis, which allows 360° rotation. The equipment, which combines transportation vehicles with hoisting machinery, is driven by motor to handle materials, which promises high efficiency and low labor intensity and is suitable for narrow flood-control warehouses with various materials and frequent mobilization.
