摘要
为了准确分析悬架的运动学特性,利用Matlab建立了双横臂悬架运动学仿真数学模型,利用CAT-IA/DMU验证了数学模型的准确性,通过该模型分析了轮胎跳动对车轮定位参数的影响,并通过遗传算法对悬架的硬点进行优化,结果表明:优化后的悬架运动特性得到了改善。
To accurately analyze kinematic characteristics of suspensions, Matlab is used to establish a kinematic mathematical simulation model for the double-arm suspension, and CATIA/DMU is used for verifying the accuracy of the model. In the paper, influences of the wheel runout on wheel alignment parameters are analyzed, and hard points of the suspension are optimized through the genetic algorithm. The results show that the optimized suspension has better kinematic characteristics.
