摘要
基于复合摆线理论设计了一种滚轮齿条传动的龙门式3D打印机构,阐述其基本运动原理,并建立三维模型,导入动力学分析软件ADAMS中对滚轮齿条机构的传动特性进行仿真研究,验证了其传动原理的正确性以及机构运行的稳定性和可靠性。
A gantry type 3D printing mechanism driven by roller rack is designed based on the compound cycloid theo- ry and its basic motion principles are explained in the paper. A three-dimensional model for the printing mechanism is es- tablished and is imported to dynamics analysis software ADAMS to simulate and study transmission characteristics of the roller rack, proving that the transmission principles are correct and the mechanism is stable and reliable.
