摘要 介绍了R形轮廓支耳折弯制作困难及焊接质量难以保证的原因。通过对HG785D高强板的焊接特性及支耳折弯成形困难的原因分析,利用有效合理的定位方案和机器人焊接,得到了焊接机器人的优化焊接参数,有效地减小了支耳的焊接变形量,保证了焊接质量和支耳关键尺寸的一致性。给出了顺序小角度、多刀次折弯的成形方法,同时通过对折弯机的调整,解决了R形轮廓截面的折弯成形难题,得到了一个理想的R形翻转支耳,为有效提高R形轮廓及其他复杂形状的折弯和减少焊接变形提供了很好的理论控制方法。为同类部件的折弯和焊接提供理论和实际制造依据。 The paper explains reasons behind difficulties in bending R-shaped profile lugs and ensuring the welding quality. Optimized welding parameters of welding robots are obtained with an effective and reasonable posilioning scheme and robot welding on the basis of welding characteristic of HG785D high strength plate and analysis on difficulties in lug bending, which effectively reduces the welding deformation of lugs and ensures the consistency between welding quality and critical sizes of lugs. The paper presents the forming method of sequential small angle and nmhiple blade bending. Difficulties in forming by bending R-shaped profile section are solved by adjusting the bending machine, getting an ideal R-shaped turnover lug. The research provides a good theoretical control method for effectively improving the bending of R-shaped profile and other complex shapes and reducing the welding deformation, and can serve as a theoretical and practical basis for bending and welding similar components.
