摘要 目的:建立一种化学雾化冷原子吸收光谱法测定人尿中汞含量的方法。方法:样品经加酸定容处理后,通过对介质酸度、硼氢化钠浓度、载气流速的优化,直接测定人尿中汞的含量。结果:在选定的条件下,该方法的检出限(3σ)为0.038μg/L,回归方程:y=0.06749x+0.00562,线性范围:0~5.0μg/L,回收率95.2~104.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为1.46~3.23%。结论:本方法准确、可靠、无记忆效应,适合大批量人尿中汞的简便快速测定。 The sample was treated with acid solution. After optimization of the medium acidity, con- centration of sodium borohydride and carrier gas flow rate, it can be determinated. Under the selected con- ditions, the detection limit (σ) was 0. 038μg/L, the regression equation was y=0. 06749x+0. 00562, and the linear range was 0--5.0μg/L, the recoveries of Hg from spiked sample was 95.2%--104.8%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.46%--3.23% (RSD, n=7). This method has no memory effect and is accurate, reliable and suitable for rapid determination of Hg in large quantities of human urine.
