Restriction of Stylistic Conventions on the Translator's Subjectivity: Tender Texts as an Example

规约性理论在招投标文本翻译中起着指导性作用,以文本规约性为前提,遵从"契约精神",以译者主体性发挥为补充,达到准确、恰当传递源语文本信息之目的。标书文本有其特点和难点,本文以招投标文件翻译为切入点,从词语层面和句子层面对标书文本翻译进行案例分析,以期为标书翻译提供一定的借鉴。

The statute theory plays a guiding role in the translation of tender texts. In the process of translation, text convention should be taken as a premise, and the translator should abide by the spirit of a contract, supple- mented with their subjective manipulation, in order to transfer the correct and appropriate information from the source text. This article discusses some translations of tender texts, at the lexical and sentence level.
