依托省级医院帮扶促进县级医院手术室护理发展的实践

Practice of developing operation room nursing in county hospitals through support and assistance from provincial hospitals

本文以省级医院(我院)帮扶县级人民医院手术室为例,总结手术室护理帮扶实践经验并分析帮扶效果。通过帮扶后,县级医院手术室在人才培养、质量控制和人文关怀等方面均得以改善。外科医生对手术护士手术配合的满意度由整改前75.6%提高至94.8%;手术室和麻醉科员工满意度由改善前78.8%提高至97.1%;手术患者及家属对手术室护士的满意度由整改前90.2%提高至99.8%。

Taking our hospital as an example, this article summarized the practice experience of developing operation room nursing in county hospitals through support and assistance from provincial hospitals. Great improvement could be seen regarding talent training, nursing quality control and humanism of the operation room in the county hospital assisted. Sugerons＇ satisfaction over operation room nursing was increased from 75.6% to 94.8%, operation staff and anesthesiology staff＇s satisfaction degree increased from 78.8% to 97.1%, and satisfaction degree of patients and their families increased from 90.2% to 99.8% after support and assistance was given to the operation room of the county hospital.
