摘要 目的:调查目前高职护生护理信息能力现状及其影响因素。方法:自制护生护理信息能力调查问卷,随机抽取本院护生2013级60人、2014级90人和2015级140人进行问卷调查。结果:高职护生护理信息能力总得分为80.68±14.59,计算机基本知识和技能条目平均分为3.18±5.55,临床计算机应用知识和技能条目平均分为2.18±0.68,临床信息态度条目平均分为3.27±0.87。影响护生护理信息能力的因素有年级、大学之前是否学习计算机、接触计算机的时间、计算机过级情况和是否在医院见习或实习过。结论:高职护生护理信息能力处于较低水平,学校应该加强护理信息教育以提高护生的护理信息能力,进而提高其岗位适应能力。 Objective: To investigate nursing informatics competencies and its influence factors of higher vocational nursing students. Methods: A total of 280 nursing students were selected by using stratified sampling method and investigated by the questionnaire of nursing informatics competencies. Results: The total score of nursing information ability was 80.68~14.59, the average score of basic computer knowledge and skills was 3.18~5.55, 2.18~0.68 for applied computer knowledge and skills, and 3.27~0.87 for clinical informatics attitudes. The grade, studying computer before university, duration of studying computer, computer grading and practicing in hospital were the influence factors of nursing informatics competencies. Conclusion: The nursing informatics competencies of higher vocational nursing students were at low level. Schools should strengthen nursing informatics education in order to improve nursing informatics competencies of nursing students, and to improve their adaptive capacities to nursing practice.
