摘要
合理配置ICU护理人力,避免人力资源的缺失和浪费,是ICU护理质量和患者安全的重要保障,而护理工作量的准确测量则是人力资源配置的基础。本文就目前国内外常用的ICU护理工作量测量方法展开综述,旨在发现最佳的、适合国内ICU的护理工作量测量手段,以供临床护理管理者和相关研究人员参考。
Proper allocation of ICU nurses is important for the care quality and patients＇ safety, and assessment of nursing workload is a prerequisite for adequate staff allocation. This article reviewed the commonly used ICU nursing workload measurements and compared the characteristics of these tools, so as to provide reference for ICU nursing managers and researchers.
