摘要
目的:探讨氧化锆表面粗糙度对树脂水门汀剪切粘接强度的影响。方法:将55个氧化锆瓷块随机分为5组,分别用120#、240#、360#、500#、600#砂纸打磨瓷块表面,扫描电镜观察表面形态。将每组试样与Multilink N通用型树脂水门汀粘接后,万能试验机测试剪切粘接强度,并对结果进行单因素方差分析等统计学分析。结果:120#、240#、360#、500#、600#五组的剪切粘接强度分别为11.031±0.902MPa、11.592±1.045MPa、13.380±1.171MPa、11.640±0.957MPa和10.588±1.249MPa。单因素方差分析结果显示5组试样的总体均数不等,360#组的剪切强度值高于其他各组,P<0.05;120#、240#、500#、600#组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:表面粗糙度是氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀之间剪切粘接强度的相关影响因素,360#砂纸打磨形成的表面粗糙度可提供最大的树脂水门汀剪切粘接强度。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of surface roughness of zirconia on the shear bond strength of resin cements. Methods: 55 zirconia specimens were randomly divided into 5 groups. Single surface of each sample was polished with 120#, 240#, 360#, 500#, 600# sand paper respectively. The surface of the specimen was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Ten specimens each group were bonded with Multilink N resin cement and subjected to shear bond strength test. The value of shear bond strength was measured, and statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0. Results: The shear bond strength after treating with 120#, 240#, 360#, 500# and 600# were 11.031±0.902 MPa, 11.592± 1.045 MPa, 13.380±1.171 MPa, 11.640±0.957 MPa and 10.588±1.249 MPa respectively. The result of one-way ANOVA showed that the means of 5 groups of specimens were not equal, and the shear bond strength of 360# was significantly higher than that of the other 4 groups (P〈 0.05); there was no significant difference between the other 4 groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: The surface roughness is related to the shear bond strength between zirconia ceramic and resin cement. The surface roughness formed by 360# sand paper provides the maximum shear bond strength of resin cements in the study.
