摘要
目的:比较4种自酸蚀粘接剂牙本质粘接界面粘接强度及耐久性差异,为自酸蚀粘接剂的临床选择和运用提供实验依据。方法:选用4种自酸蚀粘接剂Adper Prompt(AP),i Bond(IB),Xeno III(XE),SE Bond(SE),将24颗无龋人下颌第三磨牙去除牙合面釉质暴露牙本质层,按使用说明进行粘接处理,树脂修复。垂直粘接面切成横截面积为0.9×0.9mm^2的条形微拉伸样本并随机分为24h组和6个月组。分别在37℃双蒸水中储存24h和6个月后,于万能材料实验机上进行微拉伸强度测试,体视显微镜下观察断面类型,对微拉伸强度值及断面类型进行统计分析。结果:四种粘接剂即刻粘接强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),水储后粘接强度均有下降,以AP、XE组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。体视显微镜下显示绝大部分样本均发生粘接面断裂,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:4种自酸蚀剂的即刻粘接强度差异无统计学意义,强酸型一步法自酸蚀系统粘接耐久性弱于两步法自酸蚀系统及弱酸型一步法自酸蚀系统。
Objective: To evaluate the difference of bonding strength and durability at the resin-dental interface of four self-etching adhesives, providing an experiment evidence for clinic selection and application. Methods: Four self-etch ad- hesives were used: Adper Prompt (AP) iBond (IB), Xeno 111 (XE) and SE Bond (SE). 24 fleshly extracted, caries-flee human third molars were selected. A flat dentine was exposed by removing occlusal enamel, then bonded with dentin adhesive system according to manufacturer's directions. The specimens were sectioned longitudinally across the resin-dentin interface into 0.9× 0.9mm2 sticks, and randomly divided into two groups which were tested after 24 hours or after 6 months of water storage in 37℃. The micro-tensile bonding strength was acquired and the fractured style of each sample was examined by stereomicroscope. All data was analyzed by SPSS. Results: The immediately microtensile bonding strength of these four adhesives showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). The microtensile bonding strength descend after 6 months of water storage, especially for AP and XE (P〈 0.05). Most of the fractured modes were interface failure, the difference among them had no statistical meaning (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Four adhesives showed considerable immediately microtensile bonding strength, while the durability of aggressive one-step adhesives was worse than two-step adhesive and weak acid one-step adhesives.
