摘要 为了提高牛奶加热搅拌的自动化程度,设计了一种包含单片机、温度传感器、电机、按键、加热硅胶、触摸屏的智能牛奶加热搅拌器。该装置以单片机为核心,温度传感器测量实时温度,并在液晶屏上显示。单片机将实时温度与设定温度进行比较后判断是否对牛奶进行加热,若需要加热则启动加热硅胶,直至牛奶达到设定温度;若需对牛奶进行搅拌,设备则根据设定的转速进行搅拌。此外,该装置还具有定时功能。经过设计优化,最终实现了牛奶加热、搅拌的智能控制。 In order to improve the automation degree of milk heating and stirring, this article designs a kind of intelligent milk heating agitator which including MCU, temperature sensor, motor, keypad, heating silica gel, touch screen. MCU is the device's core. Real-time temperature is measured by the temperature sensor, and displays on the LCD screen. The MCU will compare the real-time temperature with the setting temperature and determine whether to heat the milk. If the milk is required to be heated, the system will start to heat the silica gel until the milk reaches the setting temperature. If the milk needs to be stirred, it will be stirred according to the setting speed. In addition, the device also has a timer function. After optimizing the design, the intelligent control of the milk's heating and stirring is realized finally, and the practical application effect is good.
