Study on the Synchronous Development of Urbanization, Industrialization,Informationization and Agricultural Modernization

党的十八大提出促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展的"四化"战略,其中城镇化发展是以人为核心的新型城镇化。但在实践中存在的问题是,人口城镇化滞后于土地城镇化。偏离城镇化核心的根本原因是对"四化"同步发展的认识不到位。总结经验、反思实践、调整思路,按照客观规律要求,并采取有效的政策措施支持,推进新型城镇化沿着正确方向发展。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the＂four modernizations＂strategy to promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Among them,the development of urbanization is a new urbanization with human core.However,the problem in practice is that population urbanization lags behind the core of urbanization of urbanization.The fundamental reason is that the understanding of ＂four modernizations＂ is not in place.Sum up experience,reflect on practice,adjust the thinking,in accordance with objective laws and requirements,and to take effective policy measures to support and promote the new urbanization of solid progress.
