中药房加强中药处方调剂质量监管的应用效果分析

Application of Quality Supervision of Dispensing in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensary in Effectiveness and Safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription

目的探讨中药房调剂质量监管在中药处方的有效性及用药安全性中的应用价值。方法收集医院2015年2月至2016年12月实施中药房调剂质量监管后相关人员的工作情况,与2014年1月至2015年1月未实施中药房调剂质量监管中药处方的有效性及用药安全性进行对比。结果实施前的不良事件发生率为0.11%,实施后为0.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施中药房调剂质量监管能显著提高中药处方的有效性及用药安全性,同时可提高医护人员工作质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of quality supervision of dispensing in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） dispensary in the effectiveness and safety of TCM prescriptions.Methods The working situations of the relevant personnel before the implementation of the quality supervision of the TCM dispensary（from January 2014 and January 2015） and after the implementation of the quality supervision of the TCM dispensary（from February 2015 to December 2016） in the hospital were collected,the effectiveness and safety of TCM prescriptions were compared between the two periods.Results The incidence rate of adverse events before implementation was 0.11%,which was significantly lower than 0.02% after implementation（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The quality supervision of dispensing in TCM dispensary can significantly improve the effectiveness and safety of TCM prescriptions,and improve the quality of medical staff work.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
