摘要
大型海藻发酵燃料乙醇已成为目前生物乙醇研究的前沿热点,大型海藻具有生长周期短、资源丰富、不与粮争地等优点,发展前景广阔。该文综述了大型藻类发酵燃料乙醇的预处理方法、水解糖化以及发酵工艺的研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。利用大型藻类发酵生产燃料乙醇对缓解人类面临的粮食、能源和环境三大危机具有重要意义。
The fuel ethanol fermentation with macroalgae has become a current research hot spot, the macroalgae has many advantages such as short vegetative cycle, abundant resource, no contest with grains, and it has wide development prospects. The progress ofpretreatment, hydrolytic saccharification and fermentation process of macroalgae fermented fuel ethanol was reviewed and the prospect of its development was given in this paper. The production of fuel ethanol by macroalgae fermentation is important to the three major crises of human food, energy and environment.
