查表型饮食疗法在放化疗肿瘤患者中的应用效果 被引量:6

Application effects of phenotypic diet therapy in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy

摘要 目的 探讨查表型饮食疗法在放化疗肿瘤患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年6月—2016年1月在笔者所在医院进行放化疗的肿瘤患者176例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各88例.观察组实施查表型饮食疗法进行护理干预,对照组实施常规饮食护理干预.比较干预前后两组患者的营养状况、血清学指标和生活质量.结果 干预后观察组患者的营养状况较干预前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(Z=11.235,P〈0.01),干预后患者的营养状况明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=12.658,P〈0.01);对照组患者干预前后无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(Z=0.984,P=0.214).两组患者干预后,观察组患者的血清白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和前白蛋白升高幅度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为12.635、2.165、3.021、8.365;P〈0.05),C反应蛋白的升高幅度低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.632,P〈0.01).干预后观察组患者与对照组患者比较,在认知功能、疼痛、气促和经济困难方面改变程度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其他11个维度的改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 查表型饮食疗法可改善患者的营养状况,提高患者的生活质量. Objective To investigate the application effects of phenotypic diet therapy in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods From June 2014 to January 2016, 176 cases of cancer patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, each of 88 cases. The observation group implemented to check the phenotype of diet therapy for nursing intervention, while the control group implemented routine diet nursing intervention. The nutritional status, serum indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The nutritional status of patients after the intervention was better than that before the intervention significantly (Z=11.235,P〈0.01). The patients in the intervention group after intervention was significantly better than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (t=12.658, P〈 0.01); there was no significant change in control group before and after intervention (Z=0.984,P=0.214). Serum albumin, triglyceride, total cholesterol and prealbumin in the observation group were increased significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=12.635, 2.165, 3.021, 8.365;P 〈 0.05); Creactive protein increased significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-5.632,P〈 0.01). The cognitive function, pain, shortness of breath and economic difficulty change extent had no significant differences (P〉0.05); The improvement in the other 11 dimensions were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).Conclusions Phenotypic diet therapy can improve the nutritional status of patients and the quality of life of patients.
