临床见习护生观察能力评价量表的编制及信效度检验

Establishment and test of the reliability and validity of the nursing students＇ observation ability scale during nursing probation

目的 编制临床见习护生观察能力评价量表,并对其信效度进行检验.方法 2016年5—6月在回顾相关文献和专家评议的基础上编制临床见习护生观察能力评价量表,采用方便抽样法对某高职院校143名一年级护生进行量表调查,使用Cronbach＇sα系数、因子分析、内容效度指数考察量表的信度和效度.结果 最终量表包括25个条目,观察知识、信念、行为品质3个分量表的内部一致性信度分别为0.815、0.831、0.762;内容效度指数分别为0.837、0.921、0.813.因子分析表明量表具有较好的结构效度,每个条目的共性方差均超过0.4.结论 本量表具有良好的信效度,可作为临床见习护生观察能力研究的有效测评工具.

Objective To develop the nursing students＇ observation ability scale during nursing probation,and to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Methods The scale was established on the basis of literature review and consultation from May to June 2016. A total of 143 nursing students were selected in the investigation using convenience sampling method. The reliability and validity was tested with Cronbach＇s coefficient,factor analysis and content validity index.Results The final scale contained 25 items. The internal consistency reliabilities of knowledge,beliefs,and behavior quality in the scale were 0.815,0.831 and 0.762, respectively,with the content coefficients of 0.837,0.921 and 0.813. Factor analysis showed that the scale had good construct validity with a common explaining variance more than 0.4.Conclusions The scale has a better reliability and validity,and can be taken as an effective tool for evaluating the nursing students＇ observation ability during nursing probation.
